Yes, on-site resident parking is available.

The Waverley has a limited number of exclusive EV parking spaces that are available for residents. There is also EV charging available for guests of residents to use. This charging station is accessible from both visitor parking spaces on parkade level one (P1).

Yes, there are storage lockers available for Waverley residents.

The Waverley has an on-site secured bicycle room in the parking garage with storage racks. Storage is free of charge!

Yes, we have 24/7 on-site concierge services ready to assist Waverley residents, always.

The Waverley has a full-time dedicated maintenance team available to assist with any maintenance concerns, 24/7.

The Waverley has overnight security, 365 days per year.

Yes. An assortment of smart home features is offered through The Waverley App. Features include keyless smart lock entry and thermostat temperature control.

Please note: The Waverley does not guarantee that there is enrollment space available at the above TDSB schools. Students residing at The Waverley may be accommodated in schools outside of the area until space in local schools becomes available. Yes. Annually residents will receive an interest payment at a rate equal to the guideline increase or as outlined by applicable legislation.
